As they had arranged, Caelithil sits seemingly patiently at the pavilion with his back turned to the ramp up, allowing Kandri the last minute choice to flee from the meeting in case she felt it necessary; however, the moment her leather sandal covered foot hit the bottom of the ramp, he knew of her presence. He had spent the morning in a meditative state at the pavilion, so that he could attune himself to his surroundings, allowing him to be much calmer than if he had not.

Thess immediately saw the fear in Gilly’s face. He berrated himself for a fool blurting out his plans without explanation, he was getting careless and he felt sick to the stomach for it. ”Gilly, please let me explain. The fact that she is my friend is the reason I can not approach her. She believes she is protecting us from your father by distancing herself, that is why she is running. I think you, as a neutral party may have a better chance of convincing her that she is that by running she is only making herself vulnerable.

A light mist was falling in Darnassus, as a young human man in worn leathers approachs the Howling Oak.

“Any messages for me, Gwen?”

“Just one, Kianthys.”

“Well, that is more than usual. Thank you.”

After shedding his traveling gear, the small note is opened.

“Can you meet me at Nordrassil in three days?”

Definitely not an invite to return to the family then, and unsigned as well. And only one contact out of the ordinary recently…..

Kandri fell asleep quickly. Her mind was exhausted from racing all evening and her body worn tired from constant walking around Aldor Rise and their trip outside of the city.

The dreams always began the same for her, with the initial assault. Panther claws ripping into her stomach, and then sniffling at the wounds he caused. Then the panther's form twisted and contorted into that of a bird. The assailant uses his beak to stab into Kandri's neck, cawing as he flew off. "Marked neck, forced silent is MINE." Eventually, the bird returns as a panther, to take care of the wounds.
