[H] Korkee's Nefarious Schemes

I had an idea for a character, awhile back as a joke, that was a goblin super-genius with a plan to take over the world. His name is Korkee. However, he lacks a large ammount of common sense, and his schemes are normally half-baked. So, in a comical cartoon super-villain style, I intend to host events at least once a month displaying his evil schemes over or in a Horde faction main city. I lack, however, a good hero to combat him. This hero must be equally short-focused, and really think that what he's doing poses a threat to anyone at all.

However, I would like feedback first. What effect does anyone think this'll have on the community? Would RPers just see it as a kind of play, since there have been bigger villains? I honestly doubt the little goblin with a water elemental named "Rinse" with a magnet or something that absorbs butter is going to be taken seriously, besides by his arch nemesis.

Also, if anyone's willing to play the hero, contact me on one of my toons, shown in my post's signature.

EDIT Said signature apparently does not show up. Or if it does, I cannot see it. If anyone ends up needing a list, I'll throw it down.

In all honesty, yes we have bigger villians, but sometimes its not always the bigger villians that are the problems. My priest was a villian for a long time but I did stuff from the shadows and influenced alot of things. She had her hands every where and her famous saying was "There is nothing sweeter then calculated innocence." I think the smaller villians, specially the old fashioned ones, are some of the best ones. Yes (bows to apo) some of the big villians will always be in our nightmares, but I would love to see some more small (not talking about size) villians who are well played. If I still had my pally around I would def be your Hero! Or if my priest was around she would back you up lol and let you take the fall......

Here's to the misfits, rebels, so called outcast. Those that see things differently. You can quote, disagree, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can't do is ignore them. Some say them crazy, I say genius. Those who usually try to change the world,do.

Well, its not that I want a big-time villain, so much as just the comic relief that comes from. Hell, I even expect by-standers to laugh at him. If you think about it though, what stands out in your mind more: Mojo Jojo from Powerpuff Girls, or the Cobra team from G.I. Joe?

I can certainly understand the appeal for a smaller villain, as it seems more realistic, but I'm throwing most of the generic RP out of the window for this idea. Korkee is, at his best, comic relief. He would never truly get anything done, and would basically be a public play to watch where ever he showed up. Hell, maybe he'll even has his own little League of Evil at some point, and there could be a justice force entirely dedicated to fighting off his dastardly schemes. All of the super-ignorant vigilantes for their cause.

I think its just a fun idea to toss around to the community. Not to sound conceited, but I did want a little support before I just threw the gobby out into the middle of Org with a megaphone and a giant magnet to collect the world's butter, (because everyone likes butter, right? populace influence) and expect people to take it as serious RP.

I was saying I would love to see more little rp like that going on. Sometimes people just get so drawn into the big planned out rps that they dont take time for the random rp that happens around them. I used to stand in one place with my priest and use mind vision on random people to view the town. Thats how my priest got her targets or got intell on a lot of things.......Damn my secret is out lol. But seriously I would love to rp with you when I get back in. I think it is a great idea.

Ah, well, I understand the small things. I've just never had my chance to give back to the community with my own larger-scale event. I do play smaller roles most of the time.

As far as talking to me goes, message me here, find me in-game on one of my characters listed, (most frequent being Timillem (A) and Blanchette (H) recently) or do whatever. I'd love to actually be able to do this.
