Yes! A thread of flaws. And not appearance flaws, but personality flaws.
Tell us about your character's shortcomings and quirks 8D How do they drive everyone else up the wall? Can be silly or serious!
Madi is a caustic bitch. :3
Alwynn - Proud and egotistical.
Alwynn considers herself a smart lady, and she likes showing off that fact. Her ego and pride make it hard to step down from arguments.
Bryn - Angry. All the time. Her general rage-on turns into sarcasm and a pretty brutal personality. She likes provoking people and seeing how far she can push. It does wonders for her PR. Really.
Ethne - Judgmental. Ethne disapproves of all the things. While she doesn't really hate DKs simply because their situation isn't exactly their choice, she does think the honorable thing to do now that the Lich King is dead is just off yourself. Warlocks can suck it, it doesn't matter if you claim to be a good person. FEL IS BAD, YO. Shadow users are heretics. Whores are whores no matter the gender. Not respecting military/church rank grinds her gears. Fucking hippies in the Cath square make her grumpy. Man, the list goes on.
Ardreigh - Loud with zero concept of forethought. Ardreigh is a motormouth. That, combined with her foul sense of humor/language makes it sort of hard for her to make good first impressions.

Llew Wheaton is a womanizer.
Harlo Bloodleaf is self-centered, and views everything as a slight against her value as a person.
Wikus Ambrose is a misogynist.
Kav Trent escapes into drugs and free love to hide feelings.
Brysie Westing is a classic 'victim' type. She will gladly act as a doormat as long as you say hello before you wipe your feet on her.
Furion Greyfall is a 'recovered' alcoholic.
Lutien Black is painfully shy, and cannot have a conversation with someone he doesn't know. He can hardly have conversations with people he does know. He also has a horrible temper, and is prone to throwing punches when he doesn't know what else to do.
Kal is a stubborn, temperamental man with too much aggression for his own good.
He also has absolutely no clue how to handle feelings of any sort without fighting, and once they build up enough within him he tends to sort of implode back on himself, generally taking the form of 'I'm gonna punch this rock until my hands are so broken that I can't punch it anymore and then I'm gonna stare at them for hours and hours until they're all healed back up again"
He also doesn't tend to have a whole lot of empathy, unless you happen to be a tiny animal of some sort.

Lancelia: Stubborn, rude, obsessed with her self-worth and how she appears to others. Once she's got her mind set on something, she's go through hell and high water to do it--while this might seem positive, the way she goes about it can be destructive. Oh, and sometimes she will not just shut the hell up.
Istrien: Selfish and insecure beyond all reason. Like Lancelia, she's always trying to prove her self-worth, although she needs compliments from other people a lot. She's also very morally gray, and the fact that she is aware of this bothers her a great deal. Issy wants to be a good person, but she enjoys the power and satisfaction she gets from her work as a hired sword. It's the only time she has actually felt like someone appreciates her.
When it comes to interacting with other people, Istrien can be your typical polite Gilnean, but her smiles and nods are very Cersei Lannister-like in that they just barely disguise the sheer and utter hate she has for most of her employers. Once someone manages to crack through her steely exterior, though, they'll find that Issy is actually a warm and clever woman, if not a little misguided.

Vlasta Dawnrunner is hot-headed and quick to anger (though, in her defense, she recognizes this and is actually making a bit of progress at improving it), a bit coarse mannered and rough around the edges at times, and could drink a troll under the table if she felt like it. Sometimes she just gets into these dreadful black moods and sinks deeper and deeper into them to a point where the only thing that's to be done with her is give her a swift kick in the backside. And despite being quite outspoken and at times proud by nature, she is PAINFULLY shy around any person she deeply admires (or a man she's attracted to.)
Ellyriana Darcy has frequent moments of being completely oblivious to social cues or general rules of polite behavior. She's something like half fine upstanding lady, half loopy eccentric who blithely summons her demonic familiars in the middle of a pub and is never entirely clear on whether or not she's flirting with someone. As the counterpart to Vlasta's shyness, I guess--she's absolutely shameless and incredibly forward whenever she fancies someone. Not that many live up to her astronomical standards.

Wilhiem Hammerstorm is an emotional trainwreck that can't keep his feelings straight (har har) regarding just about anything. He has a terminally low self-esteem that he constantly covers with an incredibly fake ego, he's vain, and his moral compass is pretty much gone.

...Mah IS a personality flaw.
=\
Stubborn, tempermental, aggressive, racist, short-sighted, arrogant, cynical, mercurial... that last one is major, since Mah-Mah CAN be pleasant, but anything's capable of setting her off. Oh, and boring. If Mah's not screaming at you about something, she's actually rather dull. She's got zero people skills.
EDIT: Oh yeah. I FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. She's a prude. Like... She makes screeching old maids look bad. While she's improving, she's still pretty... uh. Ridiculous. Good news is that if you ever want to take her out in a fight, all you have to do is yell the word "SEX!". =\

Dorien's got a bad case of pride, but in a weird way, and can be a sneaky jerk when he wants to be. He also has a tendency to hide emotions/motives/whatever until you back him into a corner and make him spill.
Even then he probably won't be entirely clear.
OH! And he's stubborn as... Something really stubborn.
The Snarkivist.
Agnes' personality flaws were strong and visible when I created her, but a combination of good influences from the Sigil/Sigil friends and growing experiences improved her into a kinder person. She used to be vain, self-centered, haughty, and imperious. She was deceitful, easily yielding to mean and nasty responses; often she would go out of her way to be cruel or petty to people she didn't like. Her favorite act was to come across as 'gentle as a lamb' when she was actually plotting ways to ruin that person's day later. Consummate little actress.
A lot of the cruelty and immature pettiness has gone away; she's matured, grown less vicious, a lot more tame and friendly. I don't think she'll ever shed that vanity, or her stubbornness, but she's become much more down-to-earth. It's kind of a relief to play her in a kinder, more altruistic light.

Oh, she's me too. I've actually picked up a few of her verbal mannerisms in real life since RP-ing much more than usual in these past few weeks, that's how similar we are that I can get into her head like that. She could out-drink me though no contest.

Jeroth has serious trust issues. He finds it easier to just do the 'Me, Myself, and I' deal than actually open up and let anyone close enough to depend on them. This doesn't mean that he has no faith in others. He's actually quite amiable and nice. But, when it comes to a serious matter at hand, he'd rather deal with it himself than ask for help from someone else. It also causes him to question people and their motives. He may seem like a curious person, but he's really trying to get details about another person - sometimes as blackmail, in case someone were to cross him. Its assurance.
He's also got baggage issues since losing his family. He doesn't allowed himself to properly grieve over their loss and is causes him to have restless nights and seem a bit withdrawn from others when it comes to interpersonal relationships. Everything is practically a business deal, and there are times where he may seem to lack warmth or just seem oblivious if someone were to seek intimacy with him.
welp.
Alurien is stubborn as a mule and absolutely does not mind getting in a fight over something he believes in, even if others think it's rather petty in a conversational context. He's extremely protective over loved ones to the point of being overbearing. He has a hard time letting things go when he's deeply invested into people and causes -- and though he's slower to let people in or trust some sort of cause enough to fight for it, once he does, he just clings to all of it and good luck making him move on. And god, he can hold a grudge so if he starts to dislike you, that rep grind is gonna take FOREVER to neutral.
He's pretty fail in polite society because instead of brushing off little comments someone might make and staying collected and cool, he takes it personally and is like u wanna fite. And even when he's not like "k fisticuffs time" he will strike someone down with words that are completely inappropriate and just a low. blow. It's like he's so desperate to hit back, to tip the scale in the other direction once someone's started, that he doesn't stop and think for a second "wait i shouldn't say that." and that's also because he spent years in prison in a very sink or swim environment and it just does not translate well to the real world.
Relationship wise, he's got a big ole jealous streak that he thinks he does a good job covering up but he really doesn't. He comes across as extremely possessive because he kind of is. From an outside perspective, his current relationship probably looks alskjdfa unhealthy as all hell. Which I'm sure someone is saying, well if it looks that bad then it must be that bad hands down and I'd probably think that TOO but i think we do a good job with ~misdirection~ and yeah. i just like the fact that it looks so much worse to other people in public. because im a terrible person.
uhm, uhhh, he judges rich people pretty quickly and usually unfairly. and younger people, too.
and there's the fact that if you strip him of his human side he's p. much a cliche cold, mean, asshole alpha type animal. thanx worgen curse

Linthara: her greatest personality flaw is her own self doubt and lack of confidence in her own abilities. She tries not to show it often coming across as prideful or narrow minded. But between that possibly being a bit too hopeful at times.
Faitima: Pride and arrogance at times are her greatest personality Flaws. Deep down once you get past that she's a different woman.

Sylvanni: Arrogant. A bit hot-headed at times. He's only recently started to use the shadow -- yet he believes he is in complete control of it. While primarily morally neutral, he will move a little south if he believes it will benefit him (and his friends).
Adolos: On the outside, Adolos is a positive, academic-type druid who loves to teach others. In reality, however, he's actually a bit of an asshole. He's been a thief, he's tricked nature a few times, and most of all, he's arrogant. The only reason he took a student was to straighten himself out -- but it hasn't worked very well, especially considering his student is a street rat with a foul mouth and a massive attitude.
Eitherwind: In order to calm her murderous urges, she goes to the seediest bars and tricks patrons into going shot-for-shot with her. Eventually, she drops some terrible concoction on them and then proceeds to laugh.
Keleynn: Despite being an inexperienced bookish type, she stupidly took on a project that was way over her head. The result was months of shadow-induced questioning, temporary insanity, depression, minor ego death, and a whole lot of other things. That's left her somewhat hollow, and as such she has completely cut off contact with just about everyone. She can appear warm, but she currently gives zero fucks about everyone.

Dyna- Anger issues that have faded and more become trust issues, struggles with difficult truths, and never lets anything go, be it guilt or people who are dead. She's also kind of a fun-sucker and frequently has a very large stick up her ass.
Marlbane- Is a terrible, judgmental person with the personality of a pit viper.
Ashtivar- Is vulgar and gross a lot in her speech patterns, and many of her pranks go too far. She doesn't really think before she talks, just goes on and on and blurts. In fact, most of her flaws are the result of her not thinking before acting or talking. She often does harmful things that she didn't -mean- to be harmful, but just went too far.
[A]Dyna, Marlbane, Ashtivar, Sameth, Miurne
Halent is... Complicated. He's overly nice, to the point of giving anyone about anything out of his own pocket if it will make them happy. While a bit wary, he puts his trust far above that. He may be strong to back up his nice-guy routine so he doesn't get stabbed, but it could still hurt him. He represses his past, but he is not reluctant to speak of it. He'll share his entire life's story, down to the smallest detail if so asked. I consider this a flaw because he could get hurt because of it, regardless of how much it can help the right people.

haahhaaha, seriously, someone is going to call the police on Alurien one of these days. THAT BRUTE!!!
OKAY. Okay, Personality flaws for my three mains, and GO!
Henrik is just such a flawed asshole. No, seriously. He thinks he's better -- or at least smarter -- that most people which leads to him talking down to them and making assumptions based on first impressions. He is totally paranoid, and does background checks on anyone he plans on (or can't avoid) associating with and really doesn't see this as being complete mistrustful and invasive. He thinks its practical. He also thinks its practical to hide weapons all over his flat-- like, guns taped to the back of the tub and between the mattress and the bed frame. He also hides weapons in other people's flats sometimes... like.. hollowing out a couple of their wordier romance novels without telling them.
He's ridiculously prideful because he has low self-esteem. All his pride is tied up in his work and how good he is at it, because he thinks he's deficient at so many other things, not to mention he sees himself as a cripple -- but still had too much pride to have his leg amputated, I don't even. So vain. He wears the guise of a gentleman not only because that is how he was taught to behave, but also it puts a distance between him and everyone else -- and it hides the fact he is completely awkward and doesn't know how to behave around people who aren't business associates or socialites. He doesn't know how to have friends -- he hates sharing bits about himself because he thinks people will pity him, or think he's weak. He doesn't know how to be pleasant and have fun. And even when he really DOES like someone, his personality makes it really hard to discern because he's sarcastic, and snarky as a form of affection. Which makes most people think he's a total asshole all the time, which makes him self conscious and distant and man... friends are so hard. Henrik also has a bit of a temper, which usually comes out with him saying really astute and hurtful things to people rather than being physically violent or threatening. He's got a sharp tongue and it can cut pretty deep before he even thinks about what he's saying.
He also has abandonment issues, but always figures its his own fault anyway, always fears disappointing someone (thanks dad) and in general he really hates himself most of the time and wishes he could just be normal. On a plus, at least he's really good at hiding most of these things -- which isn't really a plus, because it just makes him look cold and uncaring and like a robot.
Rhys is a coward. It has lead to him doing a lot of things he regrets in his life, and people he cared about getting hurt because he hid, ran, or just stood by. He wishes he wasn't, and sometimes he tries to act, but its usually more pathetic than brave. Not to mention he will do a lot of morally questionable things because he is afraid of someone (like selling fresh corpses to the Forsaken). He also lies like its second nature sometimes, because he's so used to talking himself out of trouble. He doesn't really trust anyone and even if he did, he generally will up and disappear because he's afraid of letting them down, or worse -- and the only way a person can insure he's loyal is to make sure he fears them more than he fears others. Its a real shame, actually, because Rhys is genuinely a nice guy -- he's friendly and funny and personable -- but he's so caught up in all his guilt and regret that he figures he deserves his lot in life and never really tries to succeed beyond it.
He also has shitty morals by some standards -- he'll steal from the dead, whether its from abandoned homes or graves, or steal corpses to sell to whoever is looking to buy. He'll steal from church collection plates so he can buy a hot meal. Hardly ever from the living, but generally from the dead, or some intangible higher power.
Hefeydd is actually flawed in a way most people wouldn't really see as flawed. The thing is, he's a genuinely nice guy. He tries to see the best in everyone and never holds a grudge. This has lead to him being taken advantage of so many times, or people he really shouldn't have trusted getting away with shit he could have stopped if he only just listened to everyone else and didn't trust them. He's an idealist and a space case and something of a pacifist, which just doesn't really work in this world, and puts him and those he cares about in danger. Not to mention he's kind of a slacker -- he's got no real work ethic, which means he's basically squandering his talents so he can nick off and catch a wave rather than being a responsible adult. The only reason he does get shit done is because he doesn't like letting people down and if its a favor -- like fixing something for a friend or neighbor -- he'll definitely get it done, but he doesn't really see a point in working for money. He's a pay what you can, trade what you can, sort of dude. He's basically unemployable, kind of a slacker, and a total bleeding heart hippie liberal.
What is this, I don't even....

Rhoswenn - Oddly enough, Rhoswenn's personality flaws are really only the result of being improperly socialized. Right and wrong are human concepts which have absolutely no place in her mind. As a result, morality does not exist, and only classical conditioning can control what actions she does, and does not take. Cause>Effect, Action>Consequence are the only terms she thinks in. Therefore, if one was to present a situation in which multiple outcomes of different types can come to pass....(For example, attacking and removing the eye of a human) she might become confused and take a very long time to make a decision.
That aside, she loves to cause pain and violence and destruction are her main fascination. Though she's very clever at hiding it via taught techniques, she relies almost entirely on selfish instinct. Want and Need are nearly indistinguishable. Kindness is tainted to her, and acts of kindness -if not accompanied by some sort of contract- often earn her paranoia.

Holistin Beardmurder - He puts up the persona of a badass hero, but hugely overestimates himself. When he feels like fighting something, even if he has no hope of winning, any attempt to reason with him will fall on deaf ears. He also takes a really violent approach to promoting self-betterment in others; if he sees a comrade having a nervous breakdown or wallowing in self-doubt, he thinks they just need a good solid punch in the face.
Laciel Voidcrow - Evil. HURR. More worthy of attention, though, is her social ineptitude; if she develops an attachment to anyone, she's more apt to be cruel toward that person and attract their ire than to try to earn their respect or affection, because she has little idea how to properly react to people being nice to her. One could argue she only needs a hug, except that she's terrified of being hugged. So yeah. Deeply messed up.
Tiom has a tendency to become obsessed with things. He wants to reach the conclusions of everything, and will follow it all of they way through. He is also always searching for justice, and can not handled being lied to. It can cause problems at times.
Most of her flaws stem from post traumatic stress. She was a sweet girl before a certain incident happened, but ever since that moment it’s all just kind of gone to hell.
She has a temper. Vandy’s never been one for crying – she either lashes out or gets real quiet. Generally, she runs in one of two mood settings: A) “Things may be going to shit but I’m alright with that” and B) Pissed Off. It doesn’t take much to get her into B.
As far as the actual PTSD goes, she still suffers from nightmares, though she hasn’t woken up screaming in a while. I suspect there are times when she does cry in her sleep, but if someone were to point it out she’d only try to hit them. Some things can be triggery – like ghouls (hence her reaction at the last AMA meeting, though she held herself together), even something as simple as a plate of food.
She’ll test her boundaries with certain people. Usually this means being as much of a smart ass as the person she’s dealing with, at times it’s asking a bunch of questions and not. shutting. up. ffs.
I think that's about all I'll cover here xD

Really, I could just list "Victorian Values" for Ashera and be done with it. BUT, more specifically:
Up until recently, she's been extremely homophobic and repressed. Like, so deep in the closet she's found a portal from Azeroth to Narnia repressed. She's FINALLY gotten around to admitting that maybe, just maybe, having squiggly feelings towards the same sex is okay, and she won't instantly be thrown in a mental institution or blasted to bits by divine retribution if she kisses another girl and likes it. It's still a long road towards being completely okay with it, and Light bless Marchosia and Campion for having near saint like patience when it comes to this aspect.
She's also pretty conservative with the whole kissing, hugging, holding hands in public, etc bit, although that's ALSO something she's slowly improving on. About the only thing that wasn't conservative about her was being a physician…Although that does come with the downside of insisting that she is a PROPER physician, and side eying all those odd druid folks and their pagan customs.
Also, emotionally volatile. She's got a nice sized heart and capacity for caring…But her reaction dials also are set on 11, and she tends to speak/act first, and think later. Very wears her emotions on her sleeves sort of gal.
That whole "eats people" thing might be a turn off to some sensible folk, as well.

Hoo boy.
Reg: Reginald -is- a gallant, chivalrous person. He also has a terrible tendency to butt in where he knows he's not wanted because OMG HE CAN TOTALLY FIX THIS. And he never gives up. Also, that chivalry? Before he had the stick forcibly removed from his rear, it got him into trouble with a few of his female friends, because he was constantly trying to protect people who really didn't need his help, thank you. Also...he's Forsaken. He has -issues- with his temper, and a terribly possessive streak. (But his fiancee's the same way, so...maybe it's not all bad?) Then there's that whole 'saving-people' thing...
Daphne: Kind of an alcoholic. Hates/is terrified of DKs. Terribly promiscuous and sees no problem leaving people when she's bored of them--but if she falls in love? Hello, obsession. She -also- has anger issues, to the point where her trainers seriously question how she's such a good moonkin as opposed to, say, a bear tank.

Aurric, well, he's a penultimate altruist, and he's learned a lot of things in his years on Azeroth - it's actually very rare for him to have a personality conflict with anyone that's not a sociopath (and even then, he does pretty well.) That's not to say he's perfect. Far from it. He has no idea how to be properly social, he's a wallflower and he's rarely assertive in conversation. He's baffled by emotional responses, and still trying to figure out how to create his own. Hug him, and he'll spend the next minute trying to deliberate why he got hugged. For a humanitarian, he's rather antisocial, and though he often gives off the impression of being a robotic husk, he's the remnants of a bleeding heart romantic. It's rare, but there are times it shows. He tries to balance being realistic and idealistic, and he'll heal people that have tried to kill him. He's also so set in his routine that taking any time to himself feels selfish. As a result, he doesn't own a house. He has only one set of clothes (the purple duds). He barely even eats, and he covers all his humanity and flaws up with that passive purple armor, and acts like he's a walking statue, only there to help.
Inathia is very keenly aware of her shortcomings/troubled past, and goes a bit too far to compensate for it. In the public eye, she's seen as entirely too focused on her work and, in general, an uncompromising grouch. She doesn't know how to achieve knightly excellence without losing herself. Thankfully, her relationship with Arkanae keeps her grounded just enough.
Faronne is a bucket of flaws. She is well put-together and can conduct herself like a lady in public, but she is completely insane under the veteran arcanist veneer. She's prone to violent outbursts and takes great delight in manipulating people.
Violette is far too trusting. She'd let a murderer walk free if they told her they were sorry.
[H] Inathia [A] Faronne, Violette
Penwyn: He's a dick. Like, seriously. He's a very old thing who is so set in his ways that he will FIGHT YOU OVER DISAGREEING with his worldview. He also is critically childish, bratty, bitchy, and likes to make a scene. As a dragon, he's got a thing for treasure and gold, and so he's not above pocketing valuable things for his hoard.
Julian: Where to begin...He's too kind to people when it suits him or when he thinks that the Light shines brightly upon a person. If someone has made him angry, though, he'll become a stubborn asshole and refuse to help without some sort of gain for himself. He relies heavily on his first impressions of people, and when they disappoint him, he turns against them pretty hard. He has no faith in himself as a person and is very self-depreciating to the point of giving himself an eating disorder. He's a mama's boy who puts his parents on a pedestal.
Duristan: He doesn't mix well with others because he doesn't understand emotion very much. He's stubborn and brutish, and generally he has no interest in making friends that he doesn't already have.
