If there is one thing I despise more than failure, it is treachery and foolishness. The Twilight Father, once one whom I considered a superior has caused me and by proxy the Forgotten some significant damage. Because of his ignorance and stupidity by penning a letter apparently, I am now routed from Silvermoon and hunted by the Sin'dorei for the crimes of treason. Laughable in a way. It only took them.. oh a year or more to finally wake up to reality?
Still.. if one is to go out, then one may as well do so with some flair. Using the shadows that are at my command, and remain at my command through my work to corrupt the ley-lines of Silvermoon through the Runestones, I was able to manipulate several of the rabble that dared come confront me and set them against eachother. Wrathborne in particular would of appreciated the irony, for "Failfire" was forced to fight his blushing bride to be, Ms. Aeonn even as others were forced to turn blades upon their friends and cut into them vainly praying that they could somehow stop me.
So very sad.. and yet so humorous to hear. Their screams and rage are welcomed sustenance. Denouncer fools, no one can stop the Forgotten.. it is inevitable as is our ascension to the position of treasured servants of the Gods. Their eyes see all truths. Their mouths speak the holy word, and their dreams are the nightmares that come to one in the darkest of nights. They forced my hand, a little early perhaps, but found very quickly that I was and remain playing from a position of strength.
Now Silvermoon is in chaos. While they hunt for me in the form of a Elf, I will take up other shape. They can turn inward on themselves while I recover. Once I have recovered my hunt will continue. My vigil over Silvermoon may have ended, but in the end they achieved only a minor victory, in a war that they ultimately shall lose.
For now however.. I watch and I wait.
